These questions are more for the “Conventional” Style loan.

This way you can have some real estate that produces appreciation (your house hack) and diversify in a more cashflow oriented market

It’s an old Levitt style home with asbestos underneath the siding, and just extremely outdated.

My other option to house hack is Pittsburgh as I have family there but the property taxes are insane and it seems like the room rental market is very college oriented (I could be wrong.)I'd appreciate any feedback on Hagerstown and househacking. 

Just to give you an example of the type of thing you'd be potentially looking out for, if the community has a pool terrace planned and it's orientation in the new building would face directly towards your property, that could be a source of significant noise and disturbance for you/your tenants, and could make it much harder to sell your property once the new building is built and occupied.On the positive side, new apartment buildings cost millions of dollars to develop and build, and developers really only sink that much money into areas where they're forecasting rent growth and property appreciation for their investment.  

It would be difficult to get any inquiries for MTR with an empty property even if you note that it will be furnished because they don’t know what “furnished” is going to look like (style, comfort level, etc.)’If your ideal target market is travel nurses I would start there.

@Terri-Leigh H.the hot tub is similar, bench style, to what is found at ski resort hotels.

That way we are fully open and honest with them and if they dont feel comfortable with that they can opt out.  ....and if something did happen they are on record of agreeing to let us use that style of showing. 

If you believe she is honest, hard working and her style of communicating fits you- she needs an app to help her with paperwork I suggest yardi or doorloop/ get a contract in writing that you negotiate with every nitty gritty duty- for example: who keeps copies of keys, how often are inspections done and how is the data provided to you, what dollar amount she can front money for repairs, when to call you...

I've since gotten a quote from Lowes for the Shaker style cabinets in my 7' X 10' kitchen.
