Anybody has the historic yearly appreciation data on storefront retail spaces in mixed-use (with hundreds of residential spaces above) commercial real estate? 

I recently had a client purchase a duplex in Forest Park here in the western suburbs with this exact plan in mind.

I'm not sure if that is because they are considering it lots of little repairs so it doesn't fall within the guide line or what.
