When they see you post and not pay taxes, they'll come after you...and probably hit you with all kinds of cease and desist as well as back tax bills and penalties and interest and that won't be a fun place to be. 

Their online payment system doesn't recognize non traditional banks (credit unions) so your hit with $27 fee to pay with debit or have to take time out of your schedule and go to a Western Union for a $3.95 fee.

But of course, they are expensive and can hit you with a special assessment if they're not well-capitalized4.

We see so many prospects who have been told by Youtube or mastermind gurus that multiple LLCs in three different states is beneficial when in reality the costs of upkeep hit the bottom line harder than any benefit.

Hey @Jonathan Vinas, @JD Martin hit the nail on the head.You are better off looking in areas with no restrictions if you can.I will say that some of the restrictions might be able to manage.

The entire agent model would perish because most of the time off-market listings are new leads that need to be prepared before hitting the market.
