You are an extremely rare breed in being willing to discuss a sponsor in a negatively light publicly. 

Some of the negative reviews I've read on Norada (not necessarily on BP) seem to stem from not understanding Norada's responsibility in helping you meet your investment goals, nor in yours once the purchase contract is complete.

I might've misspoke about the negative cash flow.

This gets my mortgage payment barely at break even for LTR value, (could be negative cash flowing), and lowers to about a 6% CoC (with down payment, renov and furnishings' costs)About 1.5 pt lower than my goal and with an MAO $10K higher than I wanted.b.

That area is desirable and will most likely have negative cash flow for a while.

Given current interest rates, I don't want to be cashflow negative so I will likely be leaving most if not all of my renovation money in the deal.

The main issue I've come across is that everything in this price range would be cash flow negative.

I have not heard anything negative about his PM services

Honda by statistics alone will be reliable for 20 years if maintained.
