Supplement this far simpler entity approach by ensuring you have appropriate types and levels of insurance, you operate your business in a manner in which your conduct is not considered an exclusion in your policy, you work with licensed and insured vendors, you execute contracts with indemnification clauses with these same vendors/ require additional insured status & maintain appropriate licensing and permits.

The commitment letter also stated there will be contracts and other documents to sign but that never happened.- When I called the brokerage admin to let them know I had quit the team and to change my status to solo agent, they said their system shows me as a solo agent and that the TL never submitted paperwork to add me as being part of their team.

You can delay the sales of the properties for your convenience.If you put all the properties on the market now and one property gets under contract before the others, you can sing into the contract that you can potentially delay the closing date by a certain amount of days.Best of luck!

When I made some changes to the property and put it back on the market about 15 months later for double what I paid, it was under contract in 48 hours.
