There are training modules that will help you at every stage of your business.Their technology is amazing. 

The modules offer great insight and a deepened my knowledge into REI even further so.

Look for a PM platform with a good accounting module.

The application module/feature seems very rigid, and where as it is very good UI wise, I am unable to insert other questions that I like to have.  

Usually, when there is no price listed, it is often a Quit Claim Deed transfer.Another advantage of being a Realtor - I get CRS included in with my MLS access (at less $ per month that what you are paying).By the way, I think that CRS also has a prospecting module that will allow you to search for absentee owners and create a mailing list from the search.

Bigger Pockets has many resources available in terms of where to start, certain metrics to understand, and strategy specific learning modules.

It's also got a very good accounting module.

To be honest I wasn’t really that interested in the “virtual” part but after listening to the two modules I am more interested in it.I’m not sure how much help I’ll be in reviewing the virtual wholesaling part for now, that part is about 6 months out for my timeline.

I believed manufactured homes are a form of module home.
