You will still lose money and then you'll be living in a miserable place (unless you are fine in the piping hot desert with no one to hang out with).

When I graduated I landed my "dream job" ... after a few years the dream turned into a nightmare and I found out that what I went to school for and thought I wanted to do for the rest of my life was not at all what I was expecting and made me miserable.

I spent the next year just educating myself and meeting and talking with as many people as I could to understand why some people are successful and some fail miserably.
