I fixed the microwave once and replace some water filters in the fridge.2020Towards the end of my first lease Covid-19 was cranking up and my tenants wanted to move out in the end of March.

The big tasks were getting rid of the popcorn on the ceilings, installing recessed lighting, replacing all of the flooring with LVP, new outlets/switches, bathroom refreshes with new vanities and lighting, new HVAC, new water heater, new windows, new paint, new stove, dishwasher and microwave.

And having a microwave/hot plate/fridge in each room. 

I need a range, dishwasher, microwave hood combo and a refrigerator.  

Right: one of the two has a small counter, sink, microwave, and mini-fridge.

No dishwasher, no microwave, no hood. 

Microwave vent fan filter is old, dirty, bent and needs to be changed.

Here in Texas, most duplexes do not have built in microwaves.  

Can you hear things like opening microwave doors, or does it have to be something like pumping music or yelling?

Fully furnished, has laundry (washer/dryer); TV; dishwasher; refrigerator; microwave; coffee maker; stove; toaster; waffle maker, all dishes: pots and etc.
