The HOA manager turned the water off, I spent 4 hours calling not only the emergency maintenance line for my PM but when I failed to get a clear time line of when they would arrive hired a locksmith to unlock the unit and a water mitigation company to come.

Hi all - does anyone have a referral to a good handyman and/or locksmith in Brooklyn, NY?

I have not used a locksmith to rekey.

They can be easily re-keyed in seconds, eliminating the need to hire a lock smith to change your locks.

Use onsite lockbox as emergency backup - hire locksmith to install. 

Can we call a locksmith to remove the lock she put out? 

Hello BP members, Register to BP a month ago, as an autodidact person I took my time to learn the basics.during that period i read 3 books and while driving listened to more than 58 BP podcasts.I worked as locksmith for more than 15Yr in Houston and 7 month ago our house and my van flooded,that day I  realized that i need to change my life path TODAY!

Then i had to resolve multiple lockouts this year, wasting 4 hours commute (I couldn’t say go get a locksmith)  What solutions have worked for you?  

This saves any late night or inconvenient trips, and also prevents some potential use of a locksmith possibly damaging my locks or doors.Hopefully this helps save some people time!
