They are literally the law. 

They are better than a rookie guessing but they cannot see everything like a real person walking the property, and you could be tens of thousands of dollars off on your guesstimate number.

I literally see dozens of posts, so I'm sure your question has already been answered.

Our goal with this policy is to accomplish several things: - Encourage these "wholesalers" to bless some other real estate investing community with their presence- Stop the SPAM- Offset the several hundred thousand dollars per year in costs that spammers, too often "wholesalers" bring to the platform. 

I also have Mailchimp and was literally working on asking my investor database if they would be interested in being PMLs and periodically sending it. 

The good news is sometimes you don’t need to pay the thousands in attorney fees.

just looked at their website.. just a company buying land in very common markets were there are thousands of vacant lots ..

They didn't verify anything but apparently are telling people I am a scammer which helps me understand why I am no longer getting any traction on Facebook.Further, the person private messaging me spent (literally all night long) researching me and sending me messages insisting I am a scammer.
