Is the mere use of GIUC in forums, blogs, or wherever sufficient cause for any level of scrutiny from big broth....I mean the Justice Dept. or regulatory agencies ?

That way any appreciation is just icing on the cake.Second, you definitely don't want to purchase the nicest place on the block, whether the block is good or bad.

Anything that comes off of the marketing is just icing beyond that.

It sounds like the $20 you would put back in the place is really just icing on the cake.
