It is currently about 20k without any reimbursement but I have checked and I definately qualify for it so I will definately be taking advantage of that.I also have opened a secured card through the bank I work at a couple months ago since I don't qualify for a regular credit card yet unfortunately (I've tried applying for a few of the lowest limit cards but have been denied by them all its so irritating and the reason every time is insufficient credit!!)

I personally would be irritated, yet see it as a deal still on the table and if all other items on my list had been met, basically asking price, I would advise proceeding- unless you have decided simply not to sell at all.

Im confused at this point because I didn’t hire the appraiser, my lender did and I don’t know how he even got my info as the buyer.I tell him I am unsure why no one would be there and let him know I can call my agent, he says irritated "yeah, figure it out because I’m trying to get this done for you."
