Those skills will be useful in either of those strategies but will also be useful in your personal life.Beyond that, perhaps you should consider an internship with a real estate agent or property management company.

Side note: I’m also living right outside LA, in Orange County if anyone is available to meet up for coffee or has any knowledge of a summer internship program in a commercial real estate firm!

Iv'e had internships in real estate and have been a able to grow from it, but there are a lot of different routes one can take in real estate.
