Do they charge a fee since there is no commission on their end?   

You have to pay fees, but you'll have a professional handling issues instead of bleeding money trying to figure it out for yourself, then you have your time free to pursue other things.

That can be expensive and will likely cost between 15 and 20% of the revenue (and that doesn't often include the cleaning fees) which may mean that you don't make a profit. 

And also, know everything about operating real estate, if you really want to know the risks: business plan, financing structures, ability to execute, market research to vet their underwriting assumptions, how fees can influence investment decisions...3.

I have already spent quite a bit on attorney's fees myself. 

One would also pay 10% ish fee to convert foreign currency to USD.

But of course Like I said you pay somewhat of a premium over the cheapest hard money out there that reguires down payment  paying their points and fees UPFRONT making monthly payments paying for insurance..

I was studying the market and my rent will be just enough to cover the mortgage and HOA fee now I might to pay out of pocket for insurance but don't want to sell it yet because the area is growing and might have good appreciation in the years that follow.
