You may want to somewhat hide your identity from tenants though, which if set up correctly, an LLC can do.You didn't ask, but... you should ask your PMC a LOT of questions about HOW they will execute their services and how they will communicate with you.

You should be transparent will sellers because doing otherwise could be illegal (if you have insane person sign a contract to sell a house for $1, orĀ mislead and lie to seller about their property value in orderĀ get a contract you could be liable for fraud.
