I would think most cities have such a facility, there may be a small charge for clean up but it doesn't have to be at some hotel convention center at $500 or $1,000 a pop!

Do you have any tips on how the construction of the ADU+JADU could be financed?  

One tip is too is reaching out to some people in your market place that are doing flips and see if they can send you their spreadsheet they are using.

You might be shocked by the amount of toilet paper some people use for their "functions" and some of the fancier stuff does not disintegrate as easily.Personally, I cannot remember a single place I've ever stayed in my life - STR, hotel, whatever - that I can remember liking or disliking the toilet paper.

I am very excited and nervous to start my investing journey and wanted to come onto the forums to ask for any tips or guidance before I jump in.
