@Brent Tarnow Thanks for your input and yea most definitely have Learned a tons more than where i was a year ago when i first posted this, currently looking for a 3-4 plex house hack deal using the FHA route then after that off to the races for bigger and more value add deals.

It's the starting point to becoming financially free, and out of the "rat race".

Life is not a race and there are never any true winners so take it one step at a time.

You always have owners that want to sell, but want to avoid penalties and taxes (capital gains races,  and penalties for paying off the loan too early. ) so there's always room for creative deals.

On quick review, the house looks good, nice and finished.The only thing I noticed is that there is plenty of horse parking, but no car parking.

They don't allow for mortgage payments, but you can have a rev mort because no payments are required.Medicaid will exempt a home (trust or not) if the client lives in it, or if the community spouse lives in it... but you also have to be able to afford to keep it.Cart before horse here with info and not enough details, let's PM.
