Holy crap that was hard to follow.... 

Went to the link....now that's a little light easy reading...holy cow..

So markets in “holy grail” states, such as Texas, are pretty much closed off, but if you’re willing to accept a less return — maybe signfcantly less — you can potentially find deals in other non-judicial states.  

This goes for Keynesian Economics, Supply-Side Economics and all the less popular economic theories in-between.A theory is only as good as its implementation, and as we've seen over the past many decades, neither supply-side nor demand-side economics as they've been implemented in this country appear to be the holy grail -- yet both are great on paper.

Now you've found the holy grail of knowledge
