In 5 years and almost certainly in 10 years Scenario A can change your life.

Life it too short to teach people that won't follow through...or to spend money learning stuff that you won't apply.

Oh yeah, that's the med-life.

Sub 30k houses are an absolute disaster with a tenant pool that will destroy your properties and make your life miserable.
