No one is going to come to your door stalking you, but feel free to pay a few grand a year to "hide" your identity that will be able to be found in 15 minutes or in a request from the tenant if they request ownership of the LLC or the operating agreement to understand who they are signing a lease with.

If you can do short term, mid term, or rent by the room, your hassle factor is going to increase, but you may be able have it both ways - more property and still cash flow.There is no wrong answer.

Building a sport court will run like $30 grand, but would increase your rental value. a 6bedroom 4 bath house with a sport court, hot tub, fire pit, mini golf, arcade etc. will most likely crush it because it's cool.
