This is a heavily biased answer because this is who I am with, but they are a quality property management company. 

These are paid sites not un biased review sites. 

Lived in Beaufort for over 10 years so I'm bias but I think you made the right call.

ON BP the other reason folks say rentals is this is a rental property heavily bias site..

Thanks.Being a broker, I may sound biased, but here's the reality: when you call a lender, they are going to sell you that they are the best option, because nobody is going to sell you on using their competitor.But as a broker, there's no reason to be biased.

I am personally team buy and hold so maybe just bias but have you thought about getting a heloc on it? 

I have a bias though.
