It's a fun market.

We could get a new car and do something fun with the money but that would just be wasting the equity we have built up...bad idea.  

Dirty work, not fun work, but will get you inside a lot of homes, maybe help you learn Spanish, and help reinforce how picky you want to be with tenants.

I am certainly guilty of biting off more than I can chew when it comes to taking on projects that I was not skilled enough to properly move forward, and have used professionals on a few of the projects to get me to the finish line.

Even if you were to make it to retirement, God willing, try and travel to Positano when you’re 60 years old and see how fun it is.
