Empty countertops are dull, so adding some cute (clean) towels, fruit bowls, even cookie jars go a long way to add some personality.

The contractors I do find, those that would even answer their phones, want cash payment, no receipt...my cell phone was running out of juice, and no power at home or rental to charge. 

I always work on the low hanging fruit.

If it checks out, get it into contract and pay for a home inspection (and any other needed inspections) for good measure.There are more investor buyers than ever before, so the lowest hanging fruit needs work/renovation.

The interest costs on that have to be getting expensive... the juice on those hard money loans is 12 - 20%.

From my agricultural roots, I think of planting seeds and eating the resulting vegetables and fruits (or killing and eating the animals that eat the vegetables and fruits).

No matter what happens rest assured after a crushing fall you will stand back up after you see how far you have come nd the work you have accomplished even if it did not bear any fruit... yet.Forget lists.Build your business!
