@Mark Fries we did not buy this property with the hoa of renting it out at first.

I am a small fry who has stumbled into a big deal for me, life changing.

Most had the kitchens, laundry rooms & bathrooms across the back & it was not unusual to find Chickens running wild & a cow or goat in the bathroom being milked.

I just bought a $100,000 SFR for $65k and $3,500 out of pocket...from a guy that was going to raise some chickens for me.

@Tony Castronovo - I am currently working on my first deal right now (not counting my chickens before they hatch though).
