I'd rather have a 20 page lease in 12 point font that covers all the bases cleanly than a 6 page lease with fine print that will most likely not be read and creates a lot of risk.

Too bad I don't remember anything about it except wow what a cool font that looks like it's handwritten but obviously isn't.We get postcards from the local RE agent and I never understood why she mailed out postcards saying how much our neighbors house sold for till now.

I plan on printing all 23,000 pieces of direct mail (with envelopes) at home using a handwritten font I have but tentatively plan on hiring someone to pack envelope with letter and stamp (depending on how tedious and annoying it becomes, I also work a more than full-time job in the Military right now so I might just hire someone).Thanks for the compliment on the spreadsheet, I did make it myself, I'm a little bit of a tech geek so I know my way around computers.

Not at all, it keeps the regulators busy and away from measuring the distance of my signs to the road/ font size of brokerage information and doublechecking that I didn't miss a checkmark in a box.

If your "professional" barber that you've received several haircuts from all of a sudden put their hand in your pocket for some extra tip money all the while you've already paid them fairly out of the other pocket and claims that they've decided to change things up and them reaching into your other pocket is disclosed on the backside of their haircut price menu in size 2 font at the bottom right-hand corner, you'd probably find a new barber - whether they're "professional" or not.

There are cheaper alternatives for just signaturesWhen i need to mass produce something, I use a laser printer with a custom font that's close to my handwriting. there is a trick with MS word using a macro that causes a letter to be printed twice and it looks just like handwriting. you would need a magnifying glass to tell it was printed
