The cash payments at locations around the city was a great feature, but there is many errors and apparently RentVine is doing this manually.  

I have cash, but not enough for the purchase price i am targeting (500k-$1MM).   

I threw it into the cash flow calculator and it said it would either even out or it willl have a monthly cash flow of around 300$.
