Hi, Joe, the plan evolved from my basic knowledge of business development and my solutions-driven raw ambition.

Then eventually evolve into doing vacation rentals.

You can be proud of yourself, you have been working hard, were resilient to challenges and kept evolving, adapting and pushing on - looking back you have accomplished a lot in a relatively short period of time!

Looks like there are a few companies in this space: TurnKey, Vacasa, Evolve...Can you please let me know about your experiences with these companies, the good, the bad and the ugly?

No one has put together such a list that I’ve been able to capture, too many counties in the u.s. with each having their own rules, and ever evolving.

We have looked into Evolve (would like a little more on the management side of things) and Vacasa (poor reviews/very high booking fee charged to our guests) but are wondering if there is a better local option.  

It suggests that our collective expectations have evolved - advanced by "next day", "no fees", etc.

Im now heavy in the learning and evolving phase listening to all the podcasts everyday and “cash flow quadrant” in hopes to sytemize better and scale up my rental portfolio.

There isn't a right or a wrong to this and you can evolve emotionally as you become more confidant in your decision making.   

Keep in mind that sometimes, you'll have to 'right the ship' or change course to do what matches your evolving situation.On team-building: try to find the best solution first.
