Its not to say it has not been a success, however, I do not think it has been excellent, their has to be more and better portfolio lenders that someone on BP can define.Please share your experiences and gain better insight into the deeper operations of the elders denied, by triangulating as much data and information the BO community has.

In my area one bedrooms are very hard to rent, and my #1 pick for a tenant would be an elderly lady who is likely to stay until she can't live on her own anymore.

I tell little girls just how adorable they are; I hold the door for my elders, & always let them go ahead of me (even when they take their time); & I stop to let cars out in traffic, allow people the right of way in crosswalks, & politely wave when everyone else beeps at me in appreciation ;0)To say the least some of my ways are a bone of contention for most of my Mass friends that explain to me (over, & over, & over) that my "friendliness" gives off the wrong impression ;0).

My CoC ROI is a little over 9%.My lender seems to think that the unit is a little undervalued (elderly widow seller- wants to get out and travel), and that I may be able to cash-out refi in 6-12 months, recouping my initial investment.
