If I suffered considerable loss of the principal amount, then I would be more motivated to make the effort.Some people are ok with arbitration as the method of resolving disputes, but some find waiving their right to go to court when things go wrong offputting.For MLS transactions, can licensed realtors and brokers be absolved of legal responsibilities, professional duties, and liability for misrepresentations made in conjunction with the sale of residential real estate by language contained in contracts?

You can sell on financial method because there is such short demand there is all but no comp's to use for comp method, and if selling as turn-key, yup, financial method will be your friend for sure.

that was not a method that Armando taught in the seminars I attended these were strickly how to find BRRR props and rehab them and then resell or refi and keep.. the Markets we worked were Vegas and Orlando and Frankly those investors who actually bought property doubled their money or more with the deals i funded for them and they bought on their own it was 2011 to 2013 which as we know was a prime buying time and had to hand it to Armando he picked two of the best Markets..

Each town is a little different, some require you to do a landlord registration and/or will want to do an inspection before you put a tenant in (calling the town would probably be the easiest, or they may have the info right online).
