I've worked with REI Nation before and had a great experience, full disclosure I work for them as well so of course there is some bias lol! 

That all said there will be sellers who could give a rip about their credit and just want out.. but if it was me I would have as iron clad of disclosure agreement signed by your seller as one can possibly get. the Buyer we dont care about the buyer they already know the risks if they lose their money tough luck on them.

There needs to be full disclosure to the customer/client/principal.Hope this helps.

For those of you that have used Fund&Grow, do they require you to sign a non-disclosure agreement for the information they provide?

As per the article from CAS below, it does require disclosure.
