Ejecute los números: hay varias cosas que debe tener en cuenta aquí, pero el uso de herramientas como AIRDNA junto con un agente amigable para los inversores puede ayudarlo a tener el mayor conocimiento posible para poder calcular precios, tasas de ocupación esperadas y potencial de ingresos general. después de impuestos, hipotecas, gastos, etc.Good points to consider, thank you!

The terms are not as good as what they would be use to at home, but it is an option available to them.When the CAD/USD were at par a few years ago, the interest rate spread (for borrowing) between Canada and the U.S.A. was >=2%.

Check them off it will improve ranking. 2) Use Cubi casa to get a floor plan. 3) Add coffee a coffee bar. 4) Add the bed room config info with pics 5) Add Accessibility photos and info 6) Add washer dryer pics guests will ask. 7) Add photos of pool and amenities at the complex8) Add photos of local attractions. 9) Add how close you are to other local attractions historical sites , distilleries ect.
