I am a 23 year old who recently graduated from college with a business degree focusing on real estate finance and development.

There aren’t many residential development companies operating at this level, which reduces competition and risk.

That is smaller units built with higher density to make the numbers work for both buyers and builders.Adapting to these challenges isn’t easy, but it’s necessary to keep up with the market.What are your thoughts on how builders and developers can address affordability and supply issues. 

Michael,   A good book to purchase is "Professional Real Estate Development: The ULI guide to Business.   

Here, we got a ton in the hood, which there is no real demand for anything to be developed, so these buildings are generally worth very very little.

#universitycity is an amazing area located in #charlotte with ample developments, entertainment, dining, and other things to do!

Based on the development expected over the next decade, I believe it's a great area to invest in. 

I had hear the island is massively lacking in hotels so it makes sense there are incentives for developers.
