Ok so I'll liven up an older thread, I think it's very relevant to hear the stories of others that are or contemplating going FT into RE.I was never a good employee & had too many ideas so I started a machinery manufacturing co. about 25 yrs ago.

So a $2,610 lien would cost $10-15.The only reason why I am still contemplating is that these fees reduce my effective return.

Interesting in that it isn't military or assault ammo.

Eventually, I get the information, run checks, find a simple assault charge against the husband that the wife apparently did not know about, and it is one big mess.
