Since you mentioned a construction site injury in your initial post, the best way to proactively avoid premises liability claims is by keeping a clean worksite.

I used a LOC to build a 12 site RV park in a small town, opened it up and 1.5 mnths later, I'm full occupancy and servicing the debt (some of it at 8.75%) & cash flowing.

Your structure does nothing but provide plaintiff's attorneys additional defendants to add to claims which only complicates litigation.

LLCs require additional filing fees and tax returns and just complicate things.

Also a good stand of teak about 14 years old.There are two house sites possible.  

I have been accessing the results with no problem in the past, but something has changed on the site.
