Get out of your comfort zone.

Researched, test drove for a weekend, comfortable with buying it.

Hello everyone I'm from cleveland a newbie trying to find my way to generational wealth help others and retire comfortable in Real Estate

With house hacking, there is a simple rule in my opinion: The more uncomfortable you're willing to live, the better the numbers can work, the more comfortable you need to live, the less the numbers will work. 

@MikeLambert thanks for all the insight on Tulum I love the town and would like to purchase A condo For myself don’t care if it doesn’t make much money  but obviously would like a great location I am a dual citizen and want own property in MexicoI probably won’t stay there much if at all I just love to buy real estate one of my addictions 😂Searched online There are so many developments from $100k - $200k would be my comfort level if any of you guys have recommendations on location would appreciate it 

I think it takes time for certain people to become comfortable and confident in what they're doing before real performance will show.  

My biggest tip is to save way more that you make and then buy a 2-4 unit building and use a 203k or homestyle renovation loan to do some rehab and add some instant equity.Also, Network as much as possible and get comfortable approach any one and asking lots of questions. 

The kindness and humor of the responses is comforting in a field where there is very little down time (currently as I get it established) and you all "get it".

You have to put yourself out there and get out of your comfort zone.
