I currently started clinicals and have a decent amount of free time I may fill with a part time job thats flexible with a constantly changing school schedule.  

I ask because in the last couple of weeks I have had several high-earning professionals who are moving to Cleveland for jobs at the Cleveland Clinic, local universities, etc., contact me about the house I have advertised....

By day I am a clinical research monitor so I travel some for work but I'm based out of my home so I have some flexibility when I'm in town to work on the business.
