I recently posted about a property with lead citations and Im needing some help as Im struggling to make the numbers work.

We decided against taking the legal route and continued to plead ABC Baltimore to finish the rehab and pay us the monthly rent without success.Of course, during this entire ordeal, Baltimore City issued several citations and fines to our property because ABC Baltimore was often working without required city permits and leaving construction trash outside.

I thought that was weird since I closed on June 26th.Aug 30- We start to receive citations and nuisance letters on the property. 

@Patricia SteinerYeah, I believe in the citation it says that demolition is an option, but will need permits and then there's the cost, which could be around 10k.
