It is a single tax ID/legal description, but there are two structures: an old 1900 era house converted into a triplex and a small house (kind of like a carriage house, although it wasn't a carriage house) facing the side street behind it, for the fourth unit.

I wonder if developing out a property might be a good option if you're looking to take advantage of the PPT rebate (although perhaps in the long term scheme of things it's not as important as it seems).Here's what I'm thinking: a single family home where you either develop a suite or add a carriage home / lane house.
