If you're going to a captive agent (State Farm, Allstate, etc), they probably don't have the resources.

I have been captivated doing research on becoming a Real Estate investor, actively participating in BP, going to seminars and networking events soon to come.

LLC  set ups asset protection  insurance you name it they had it all right there.. and why not you have 400 people in an audience all captive in Vegas for a weekend.

This story was captivating and I can only imagine what the book will hold.

If it's occupied by an annual tenant, most agents can do it but things like renos, STRs, etc are going to be outside of the ability of captive companies like State Farm, Allstate, etc.3.

They all have what we call "captive QIs" that they have sales relationships with. 

The last seminar that I remember, he was captivating us with his stories of purchasing property anyway that he could, with the foreknowledge of appreciation.I would like to see him speak again.

I was so intrigued and held captive by every word in the book that I read it in less than 24 hrs.
