This is personally why I do not like owning duplexes, tri's, or quads as I like controlling a whole development and the quality of tenants around there.Bas tenants are like a cancer that starts eating at your success and makes the quality tenants run away.

I had a tenant with lung cancer.

My mother in law had stage 3 breast cancer 3 years ago and is fine today.

i have a acquaintance that was diagnosed with cancer this week, prognosis is terminal, life expectancy 6 months.  

Apparently one of the managers was "dying from cancer" and took his eye off the ball.

Of course right about the time we listed the area we were in was listed as a toxic area that had elements in the ground water causing cancer (just the sort of news you want when you list your home for sale!!)
