then now 2 weeks later once reality has set in I think some of that bravado is calming down and they realize we are all in this together as Americans..

It is a calm neighborhood with relatively lower levels of crime compared to other favelas.There is no concept of property management at all.

Take advantage of the lower interest rates, stay calm and carry on.

I am thinking wait a while for things to calm down a little (a few months maybe?).

We are are nearing the point of maximum social anxiety, in a few weeks we will have gotten used to it, calmed down and focus on working the problem.
