Had Grant not invented bad news, this thread wouldn't exist which was the whole point... to break through the noise and get people talking even if it's negative... having said that, I personally wouldn't want to do anything that may hurt my network's trust in me.

But those who continue and keep that motivation high are the ones who break through and find success. best of luck.

Hey Richard, Forgot to mention, there is a podcast that I have been listening to called Breakthrough real estate investing.

My income has been the same for almost three years now and I'm struggling to break through to the next tier.  

They spend six months or a year trying to be a bid dog, keep being told no or not having the stamina to break through and they give up. 

They are 50k over market value which has left their property on the market for over a year almost 2 years.Do you guys have any tips on how to break through to the seller?

In trying to make my "breakthrough" into RE investing, I decided that I first need to find and introduce myself to all the people in which I will need in order to make things happen.
