If you have metal outlet boxes it's possible you could have a ground wire connection that is not readily visible that creates a ground to the box and in turn the mounting screw for the outlet could create an adequate ground to the outlet producing the "correct" reading on your tester.

I have read several articles on this Chinese Toxic drywall issue and ....one of the companies makingthis said there is NO health hazard ...meanwhile this stuff corrodes metal and even electrical outlets.

Once you get the foam in it, use some wood or metal to close the opening permently. 3) Use silicon caulk to seal up any small opening on siding and and vents, they can get in very small cracks.
