Before bigger pockets moved the rent estimator to pro users only it estimated rent to be around $975 I don't know or have anything to go by but I thought that was high.

I would say the biggest thing I would do is focus on finding bigger cash-flow markets known for great rents and try to see if that works.

They’re like mini-dictatorships; even after you pay them off, HOA fees keep piling up, and it starts feeling like a timeshare.Miami, while beautiful, isn’t known for cash flow unless you have deep pockets to buy beachfront properties and can afford to take losses while waiting for long-term appreciation.
