I have a newly remodeled 5 bed 3 bath house perfect for a family, yet I'm unable to receive any offers.

The tenants are paying 150 dollars less per month then an average 2 bed 1 bath apartment rents out.

I would say a 3 bed, 2bath, 1500 sq ft home that was 20 to 30 years old here might rent for 1750 to 1800.

The 2 bed is 900/m, the 1 bed is 850/m.

Broke down the doors and stole all of my mechanicals + material on-site (resulting in ~$30K worth of damage)I just had a contractor walkthrough and talk to neighbors and apparently there is now a homeless man who has been sleeping upstairs (he wasn't present, however bedding was present).

New neighborhood which seems like will end up as class B. 3 bed, 2 bath.

@Josh Fugle I started locally because I needed a place to move into after selling my bed and breakfast of 15 years.

The condo is in a nice area (Applewood neighborhood) and is a 2 bed/1 bath and 836 SF. 

I know that dogs are going to sleep on the beds, so I put out a pet blanket to use over the quilt to stop their nails snagging, which was a problem.
