Authentic 1950's pink & black my friend

I have roughly 2 years of customer service I’m a business/entrepreneur major My former job was at TRR where I worked as a luxury Authenticator and I’m looking to start my own business that I already own as an LLC once my health conditions get better.

All neighboring houses around this house have a rating of 1/10 and hence I am concerned.Is this number authentic (since it is a prediction) and should I consider it seriously before making an offer??

I don't think there is any way to authenticate just looking at the piece of paper the ones for sale on the internet are very well done. 

Thanks @Travis Murray , and you're right we do require the landlord to authenticate their identity the first time they order the Credit Check report.

I forgot to add, I would also make it a requirement for choosing a bank that their online access supports two-factor authentication (2FA).

You have a right to verify the letter is authentic by calling the medical provider directly.

Be authentically curious and learn something new every day.

Also get the notary authenticated all the way up as well.  

AUTHENTIC is what they should aim for and not DECEPTION.
