Modern agriculture, construction, and service industries rely on immigrant workers not because they are “cheap labor” but because they are skilled and willing to do jobs many Americans won’t.

However if you understand the process already and what you're trying to achieve and just looking for someone to do it for you, then I would search a bit more to price compare and then make your informed decision.

I never made more than $100k in a year working until my last year of employment, and still managed to retire at 50 with a lifetime pension from a combination of military and public service.

I worked exclusively in STVR property management on the island and currently work in long-term property management servicing the West Metro (Minneapolis).

It's much easier to unwind a fee for service relationship than it is a partnership.  

If you don't meet that 12 month seasoning requirement and/or want to hold the property under an LLC, a debt service loan may be a better option.

My broker (Cornerstone RE Investment Services) was giving me some updates until about 6 month ago and suddenly stopped responding to calls/emails.

If they say Service Link, find another house.

Both cabins have been in service a little over a year and are professionally managed.
