that will tell a lot.. the mastermind i went to you had to prove how many deals you were doing they checked you out and you had to be invited... and there definitely was some of the top players in the industry there and quite a few that we know on BP as top providers in their space be it turn key  financing and wholesaling and also those that sell coaching.. ( which most on BP dont care for frankly)

As a newbie I would not go into this space without money.

I've done a bit of research on the private lending space and I'm coming to the conclusion that it is the way I would like to enter the real estate space.

For example he is trying to place a bookcase door to access a small amount of storage from the bathroom.  

Just a guess though as it's impossible to know without more information.Difference in conditions really doesn't have anything to do with the amount of coverage.Surplus lines policies are more and more common in this space.

My wife is also a high income earner--she works in the hospitality and wine space.

Again, I do not want buying the multi-family home to block me from accessing lending for the second home when I move.- Does anyone see any flaws or can offer some improvements/considerations to the financing strategy of this plan?
