The pool contractor who was asked to work at the first season Vanilla Ice Project house (in the high-end Wellington community of Versailles, which at the time was rife with foreclosures) refused to work for free, so someone had to pay for some of big-money goodies we saw in each show.Led by the phony and exposed House Hunters, HGTV's entire slate of "reality" shows are a scam and insult to viewers.

I love Uncle G (Grant Cardone) and even my 6-year old daughter likes him :)Grant recommends going bigger like 16 units or more as everyone states,  but during the latest his show he even encourages viewers to start from 2 or 4 units.

's advice is excellent. learn to code as it is a new form of basic literacy. doesn't mean you have to write software for a living but it is a skill that will serve you well in business, investing or whatever you do for the rest of your life.He is also right about you tube and streaming channels. find a niche and build a great channel. 99.99% of your age group is content viewers not creators. find what your friends and classmates are interested in and build the best channel you can around it.
