The bolded has me puzzled.

Adding seller carry properties to your portfolio is like another piece to the puzzle your trying to create.  

We are targeted the same area for future STR purchases since we mostly have the puzzle figured out. we’re hoping to buy 1-2 next year.We were looking at buying a condo at a ski resort in Harbor Springs, but we couldn’t get the deal to pencil out.

Ever since, I have learned that people are a big piece of this puzzle and emotions should come into the equation (in my opinion).

@Ronald Starusnak - Good for you for demonstrating basic human compassion and at least trying to puzzle through a particularly prickly situation. 

Thanks for sharing Stephen, I am close to the stage where I need to pull the trigger on my first one, I am just putting a few more pieces of the puzzle together.
